Your Bespoke Garment Consultation: What to Expect

Initial Consultation

Your bespoke garment journey begins with a one-on-one in-person consultation where a representative of Brandíd Culture will come to you. We discuss your style, the intended use of your garment, and design preferences. From fabric selection to intricate details, we ensure your vision is understood from the start.

Precision Measurements & Fit Analysis

During the consultation, we take over 17 precise body measurements to achieve a flawless fit. Using our proprietary “Perfect Fit” system, we ensure your garment not only drapes beautifully but also enhances your personal style and comfort.

Fabric Confirmation & Pricing Agreement

If we decide to move forward together, we finalize fabric selections and confirm all design details. At this stage, we agree on pricing and the timeline for the project to ensure transparency before proceeding to the next steps.

Digital Rendering

Experience your design before it’s crafted. We provide a detailed digital rendering that showcases your garment, highlighting fabric choices, button placement, lining details, and other defining elements. This visual preview helps bring your vision to life before production begins.

Muslin Fitting

For added precision, we offer a muslin fitting—an early-stage fabric mock-up of your garment. This step allows you to preview the fit, structure, and functionality, giving us the opportunity to make refinements before final production.

Final Fitting & Adjustments

Once your garment is completed, we conduct a final fitting to ensure a perfect fit. Any last adjustments are made with meticulous care, and all alterations are recorded in your client profile to ensure consistency for future orders. Following final alterations, your bespoke garment will be delivered to you.

Pricing & Booking

Your bespoke journey begins with a $160 consultation, which includes a detailed discussion of your vision and precise measurements. Should you choose not to move forward, your measurements will still be provided for your reference. If you decide to proceed, we seamlessly transition into the next steps of the process and the consultation fee will be deducted from the final garment price.

Garment pricing is determined by the selected design, fabric choices, and production timeline, including any rush requests. All details, including final pricing, will be discussed and confirmed before moving forward. Production officially begins upon receipt of payment as outlined in the garment contract.
